MLOBOX.AI is an AI marketing platform built for mortgage professionals who need consistent visibility online without becoming full-time content creators. Why MLOBOX exists
Loan officers close deals for a living — not edit reels, write captions, or manage a content calendar. Yet the market rewards the professionals borrowers and referral partners see every week. Who built it
MLOBOX.AI was founded by Renato Rodic (NMLS 1615600), a loan officer and team builder at NEXA Lending. Renato joined NEXA in January 2019 and built one of the company's largest downlines — an inside view of what mortgage professionals actually need from marketing software, learned in the field rather than a boardroom.

What the platform does
MLOBOX.AI combines three products that normally require three separate vendors:
- AI video generator — daily short-form videos in your own face and voice, from a single recorded sample.
- Social media automation — one-click publishing to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, and your blog.
- CRM for loan officers — pipeline, follow-up, AI email and SMS replies, and integrations with the tools mortgage pros already use.
