Information We Collect
When you sign up for our app using Google Sign-in or provide your phone number for SMS notifications, we may collect the following information:
- Name: Collected to personalize your experience within our app.
- Email: Collected to communicate with you and send account-related activities.
- Phone Number: Collected to send SMS notifications related to your account, including important updates and alerts.
Use of Personal Information
We use the collected information solely for internal purposes and to enhance your experience. Specifically:
- Name: Used to display personalized content.
- Email: Used to send notifications about your account activities.
- Phone Number: Used to send SMS notifications, such as account updates, loan status alerts, and other important information. Message frequency may vary, and you can opt-out anytime by texting "STOP." For assistance, text "HELP." Standard message and data rates may apply.
Google Calendar Data
Connecting a Google Calendar account is entirely optional. If you choose to connect one, we access the following Google user data through the Google Calendar API:
- Calendar events (
calendar.events): We create, update, and delete only the meeting events that are booked through MLOBOX. We use this to place a confirmed booking on your calendar and to keep it in sync when it is rescheduled or cancelled from either side. We do not read the contents of events that MLOBOX did not create. - Free/busy availability (
calendar.freebusy): We read only the busy/free time ranges on your calendars so that MLOBOX never offers a booking slot when you are already occupied. This returns time ranges only — it does not expose event titles, guests, descriptions, or locations to us. - Email address (
userinfo.email, openid): Used to identify which Google account is connected and to display it in your integration settings.
How we use it: Google Calendar data is used solely to provide the user-facing scheduling features described above. It is never used for advertising, lending decisions, credit assessment, profiling, or for developing, improving, or training AI or machine-learning models.
How we share it: We do not sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to third parties, data brokers, advertisers, or AI/ML services. Google Calendar data is not shared with any third party other than the infrastructure providers that host MLOBOX on our behalf and process it only under our instructions.
How we protect it: OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest, are never exposed to your browser or to other users, and all data is transmitted over TLS. Access is restricted to the authenticated account that granted it.
Retention and deletion: We retain Google Calendar data only while your calendar remains connected. You can disconnect at any time from Integrations → Google Calendar inside MLOBOX; disconnecting revokes our access and deletes the stored OAuth tokens and cached free/busy data immediately. You may also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deleting your MLOBOX account removes all associated Google Calendar data. You can also request deletion by contacting us at web@mlobox.com.
MLOBOX’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google Sheets Data
Connecting a Google account for Google Sheets is entirely optional and is only needed if you build a workflow automation that uses the “Google Sheets: Add row” action. If you choose to connect one, we access the following Google user data through the Google Sheets API:
- Spreadsheets (
spreadsheets): We use this only for the spreadsheet you explicitly select inside the workflow builder. For that spreadsheet we read the names of its sheet tabs and its header row so we can show you the available tabs and columns, and we append new rows to it when your workflow runs. We do not modify or delete your existing rows, and we do not read the contents of spreadsheets you have not selected. - Email address (
userinfo.email, openid): Used to identify which Google account is connected and to display it in your automation settings.
What we write: The rows we append contain only the contact details from your own MLOBOX CRM record that you have mapped in the action — by default the contact’s name, email, phone, source, and the date. You control which columns are written by configuring the action’s column headers.
How we use it: Google Sheets data is used solely to provide the user-facing automation feature described above. It is never used for advertising, lending decisions, credit assessment, profiling, or for developing, improving, or training AI or machine-learning models.
How we share it: We do not sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to third parties, data brokers, advertisers, or AI/ML services. Google Sheets data is not shared with any third party other than the infrastructure providers that host MLOBOX on our behalf and process it only under our instructions.
How we protect it: OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest, are never exposed to your browser or to other users, and all data is transmitted over TLS. Access is restricted to the authenticated account that granted it.
Retention and deletion: We do not store a copy of your spreadsheet contents; we only retain the identifier of the spreadsheet and tab you selected so the workflow knows where to write. We retain this only while your Google account remains connected. You can disconnect at any time from Automation → Google Sheets inside MLOBOX; disconnecting revokes our access and deletes the stored OAuth tokens immediately. You may also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deleting your MLOBOX account removes all associated Google Sheets data. You can also request deletion by contacting us at web@mlobox.com.
MLOBOX’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing of Personal Information
We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal information to third parties, except:
- When required by law.
- With third-party service providers (e.g., Twilio) to facilitate SMS notifications, where necessary for providing our services. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and will only use your information for the intended purpose.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including providing SMS services, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Your Rights and Opt-Out Options
You may opt out of receiving SMS notifications at any time by texting "STOP" to (480) 470-7254. Upon opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent. You can also request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at web@mlobox.com.
