4. Billing, Payment & Cancellation Policy

4.1 Subscription Billing

By subscribing to MLOBOX AI plans, you agree to pay the subscription fees displayed at signup. Subscription fees are charged monthly on your renewal date. You will receive a billing reminder before each charge.

4.2 No Refunds Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once your subscription is active and payment has been processed, refunds will not be issued for any reason.

4.3 Automatic Renewal & Auto-Pay

Your subscription automatically renews each month. Your payment method on file will be charged automatically. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information current and valid.

4.4 Failed Payments

If your payment fails, your subscription will NOT automatically cancel. Instead:

  • We will notify you of the failed payment via email or SMS
  • You will have 7 days to update your payment method
  • Your service access will remain active during this grace period
  • If payment is not resolved within 7 days, your account will be suspended until payment is made
  • You can update your payment method anytime through your account settings

4.5 Cancellation Anytime

You may cancel your MLOBOX AI subscription at any time, without penalty. To cancel:

Cancellation takes effect immediately. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

4.6 Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error or have questions about a charge, contact us within 30 days:
