Zoom Integration Guide

MLOBOX AI is an appointment scheduling platform. When a booking calendar uses Zoom as its location, the integration automatically creates a Zoom meeting for each new booking.

Once you connect your Zoom account, MLOBOX generates a unique Zoom meeting and join link for qualifying bookings and includes it in confirmation emails (and on the manage-booking page) for you and your invitee — so there is no need to create meetings in Zoom by hand.

MLOBOX requests only the permissions needed to schedule meetings on your behalf:

View your basic Zoom profile

Reads your name and email to identify the Zoom account you connected.

Create and manage Zoom meetings on your behalf

Creates a Zoom meeting and join link for each appointment booked through MLOBOX.

We do not access your cloud recordings, chat, contacts, phone, or the contents of any meeting. MLOBOX uses Zoom only to create scheduling links.

1. Sign in to your MLOBOX AI account at mlobox.ai.
2. Open Integrations → Zoom from the sidebar (or tap Integrations on the Booking Calendar Details tab).
3. Click Connect with Zoom. You are redirected to Zoom to review the requested permissions.
4. Click Allow to authorize. You return to MLOBOX with your Zoom account connected.
5. Open a Booking Calendar → Details tab, set Location to Zoom, and confirm the Zoom Connected badge is shown.

1. Make sure your Booking Calendar's Location is set to Zoom.
2. Share your booking link (for example, mlobox.ai/book/your-name/30-min-meeting) with the people you want to meet.
3. When someone picks a time and clicks Confirm booking, MLOBOX creates a Zoom meeting for that appointment.
4. The Zoom join link is sent in the confirmation email and appears on the manage-booking page for you and your invitee.
5. At the scheduled time, open the join link to start or join the Zoom meeting.

You can disconnect at any time, in either of two ways:

From MLOBOX AI

1. Open Integrations → Zoom from the sidebar.
2. Click Disconnect Zoom.

Changing a booking calendar's Location away from Zoom only stops new bookings from using Zoom for that calendar. It does not disconnect your Zoom account.

From the Zoom Marketplace

1. Go to Manage › Added Apps in the Zoom App Marketplace.
2. Find MLOBOX AI and click Remove.

We store your Zoom authorization tokens securely and encrypted on our servers, and use them only to create meetings for your bookings. We never sell or share your Zoom data with third parties. When you disconnect or remove the app, your stored Zoom tokens are deleted.

Use these steps to verify each requested scope end to end:

1. Go to mlobox.ai and sign in. Test credentials are provided in our submission review notes — or request them from the support email below.
2. Open Integrations → Zoom and click Connect with Zoom, then authorize with a Zoom account. (Verifies the OAuth connection and profile-read scope.)
3. Open a booking calendar (for example, 30 Min Meeting) and go to the Details tab.
4. Set Location to Zoom and confirm the Zoom Connected badge is shown.
5. Open the public booking link mlobox.ai/book/<host-slug>/<event-slug>, pick a date and time, enter a name and email, and click Confirm booking. (Verifies the meeting-create scope — a Zoom meeting is created via the API.)
6. In the confirmation email and on the manage-booking page, confirm a valid Zoom join link is present and opens a real Zoom meeting.
7. To test removal, go to Manage › Added Apps › MLOBOX AI › Remove, or click Disconnect Zoom under Integrations → Zoom.
