Twilio is a messaging platform that lets applications send text messages and place phone calls programmatically. Connecting it to MLOBOX means your lead follow-up happens by text — the channel people actually read — instead of sitting in an inbox.
Once linked, MLOBOX handles the sending. You set the message and the timing; Twilio delivers it from your own business number, so replies come back to you and the conversation stays in one thread.

How to connect
- Create a Twilio account and buy or port in a phone number.
- Copy your Account SID and Auth Token from the Twilio console.
- In MLOBOX, open Settings → Integrations → Twilio and paste both values.
- Pick your sending number, send a test message, and switch it on.
